I asked for a d shed however day after getting one I brush my dog for 2 minutes and all this comes off of him. & I was told it would take a few appts to d shed him, that doesn’t make sense and if im wrong im wrong. But im paying for a d shed not a hair cut so i dont know why i have so much hair coming off him. I love the staff and listen they work well they really do, I’ve missed scheduled appts etc & they got me scheduled next avail n I’m grateful. However this is not a proper d shed

On his 4th visit, again sedated, as far as I know, he only got the bath again and cut his foot on the way out. I have asked for a refund of 1 appt and was denied. I believe the girls just aren't experienced enough.
