    Sadie and I had both had an excellent experience at Scenthound today. We were warmly welcomed and Sadie, a rather nervous dog, enjoyed her stay and did very well. She looked so white and bright when she was done and dried off on our way home. I drove 12miles each way but it was definitely worth it and I will be back😍.

    Today was my first visit. The staff was amazing and cared for my pups. I am so satisfied with the price and what they get. I enjoy the report at the end to tell me how the dogs did. It's going to be great to track their health this way.

    Amazing staff who care about your pets as if they're their own. 🐾 The Membership prices are great & you even get access to texting the staff & updates on your pup along the way! Scentchecks are done every visit so you're always in the loop on your pups physical & mental health. Your pup will leave happy and clean as if they had a relaxing spa day at the groomers.

    One star because when it was booked the lady was very helpful. But the appointment never happened. After a phone conversation for an appointment at 3:30 I was very excited to go. I received a phone call at 3:20 as I am looking at the front of the business in my car and I was told that they would need to reschedule since I was late. Granted looking at my confirmation it was at 3:15 even though the phone conversation was discussed at 3:30. They were not considerate and told me there was already a dog back there that had an appointment after mine. So considering moving my appointment to right after would make sense since the other dog was ten minutes early into my appointment time. It was just not well handled.

    The people who work there are awesome, I truly do love them I’m just highly upset at this. I asked for a d shed however day after getting one I brush my dog for 2 minutes and all this comes off of him. & I was told it would take a few appts to d shed him, that doesn’t make sense and if im wrong im wrong. But im paying for a d shed not a hair cut so i dont know why i have so much hair coming off him. I love the staff and listen they work well they really do, I’ve missed scheduled appts etc & they got me scheduled next avail n I’m grateful. However this is not a proper d shed
