- CSCynthia SerraMay 10, 20215.0I have 2 rescues that I take to Woof Gang for their grooming. The older dog was rescued at 10 and was horrified to go anywhere. The staff made Atticus feel very comfortable and safe. He actually enjoys going there now. They are very attentive, on time, call to remind you of your appointments and call when they are ready which is always the time they have given you. All the groomers are excellent!
- MHmervat hannaMar 30, 20211.0After purchasing several items here in the past I came in one day to exchange an item my dogs did not like. The items I purchased were pushed on to me by the sales rep. She promised that my dogs would love them. Neither of my dogs liked them at all. The additive she sold me just made my dogs walk away from their food and the expensive goats milk bone paid per .oz was a novelty but he didn’t even want it. So naturally I asked to exchange the items, (barely touched) not expecting a return for the products. They said no we are a small business and can’t let you exchange them because we are small business. That’s the only excuse she gave me. So I thought why am I shopping here then??? I can return, exchange, get much better customer service AND much better prices else where. Why would I give you my business then? I spent a lot of money here in the past. No more. Going to Pet Smart instead. Goodbye
