- LFLynn FinleyMay 23, 20245.0Today I had to say goodbye to my 15 year old kitty. Dr Canavan and her staff were so kind and sweet. Even though it was a sad situation , I could tell their love for animals and the client . Totally recommend them....
- KFKevin FoleyOct 11, 20221.0Was given a set price for puppy exams and health certificates, but once completed was told it would be an extra $25 per puppy for updated health certificates…. which are required by state law in order to legally sell puppies. Wasn’t explained anything during visit, and when we later called to bring in the certificates were told to pay extra - for simply taking 2 seconds to just fill out a piece of paper. My girlfriend and her family have been going to this vet for years and years, but no longer, and I won’t be in the future, either. $100 isn’t much, but instead of taking five minutes to do something already agreed to when the visit was made, is nothing but greedy. Going back to Seminole Blvd Animal Hospital for our pets’ care. Response: LOL at "price for health certificates not changing" We literally brought our very last litter to the previous owner and for health certificates we were charged..... absolutely nothing. Not to mention a cheaper litter rate overall. Filling out a piece of paper for 15 seconds shouldn't cost a dime for a customer spending hundreds of dollars. NO other veterinarian we have used for any round of puppy shots for our litters has EVER charged us for certificates much less $25 per. Absolutely ridiculous and greedy. And now we're bringing our four dogs and their future litters somewhere else.
