- AAAndreaOct 28, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience here couple years ago. I came to pick up my dog after getting a text saying he was ready—just 15 minutes after I had dropped him off. When I arrived, no one was at the front. I called out several times, “Is anybody here?” but no one answered. All the doors were open, so after waiting for ten minutes, I walked toward the back and found my dog sitting in a crate, completely alone, with no staff in sight (my dog was not crate trained at the time and I was not informed he would be placed in a crate). When he saw me, he started barking, but still, no one came. After waiting for a while, two employees finally returned, and I actually heard one of them yell at my dog, “Shut up, dude!” Her tone changed quickly when she realized I was there, and they finally brought him out. That really made me uncomfortable and concerned about how dogs are treated when owners aren’t around. On top of that, his teeth were still dirty and there was wax in his ears. I canceled my membership immediately after. PS: I worked as a kennel technician and understand how unstable employees could cause harm to a dog. If an employee cannot handle barking appropriately, they should not be trusted to care for your dog.
