    We had our first grooming experience at this location and were beyond pleased. The pricing is fair, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to go with the membership which is totally worth it. They even won over our very anti social dog. We are so thankful and our Dolly is a clean and happy puppy!!

    Was recommended by a friend for their array of services but after only a few visits I realized they are very over priced for what they provide. They don't dry your pup.. they give you back a wet dog.. or charge an extra $20 for drying. That blew my mind but wasn't enough for me to write a review. So I just cancelled my membership and was going to find a new place. The day I cancelled the woman at the front desk told me I had some roll over credits from months I didn't use them. (A good amount, I was mentally done with them but didn't get around to actually canceling for several months). I thought that was a very fair thing as a business to do. I would use those credits and just bring some towels to dry him myself. On my next visit back I go to pick my dog up (wet of course) and the same woman that told me I had credits told me I had to pay and that's not how they operate! I never would have gone back if I didn't have credits to use and having the same person tell you two different things left me with a very sour taste. The cherry on top. After that visit I get home to find they left a big chunk of cotton swab in my dog's ear!! Sub par cleaning. Don't dry. A veryy rushed job. Clearly don't care. Over priced. Bad business practice.

    First time coming and it was a great experience! My golden retriever got a wash and body trim and he looked great. He was super happy and I'll definitely be coming back here.
