STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Terrible customer service. I was calling for help and guidance and I wanted it from a manger.
When I called, a worker named Justin answered the phone. I asked Justin if there happened to be a manger on duty at this hour and he proceeded to ask me if I was calling about "The Cat" I said excuse me, no but are you a manger? He then asked me if I was on the record.
At this point, I was very confused. I asked him one question about the manager and he began to interrogate me with odd questions. After I asked him if he was a manager, he hung up on me.
I was baffled by this experience.
This interaction alone answered all the questions I needed to determine that I'd NEVER come here. Actual Rate: 0

Zero stars.
Absolute worst place to go in an emergency. If you love your animal , go somewhere else.
There was a person named Justin who made a tragic night even worse by threatening to report my aunt for negligence . She wanted to take the cat somewhere else because she felt that he was not doing his job and quite frankly she felt extorted ( options were expensive surgery $4,000+ or to put down the cat.) Avoid this place at all costs, no professionalism or sympathy.
When we called back for more information he just talked over us (with an attitude) , hung up on us several times. I'll be calling in the morning to speak to someone else to make sure he gets reported and hopefully no one ever has to come to back to this place in their time of need .
I'd give this place ZERO stars , Justin needs some serious training or to find a new career path .
Additional Edit: Seeing that the owner on here responds with the same attitude reported in the clinic . Not sure if it’s the same person or the culture there but that’s heartbreaking that people had to deal with threats, attitude and ultimatums in their worst moments.

My 4-month-old Yorkie suddenly became very ill, and I’m so grateful for the care we received. Dr. Brown and nurse Latricia were absolutely amazing! Dr. Brown quickly diagnosed and treated him, and her knowledge and calm explanation of each step really put me at ease. Latricia was so kind and supportive throughout the visit. I truly appreciate everything they did for my little fur baby—thank you both!

I have never seen a worst veterinary service, I brought a German shepherd bleeding from the tail, and they were not capable to help him, send him home the same way
