  Our pet was suffering and we knew it was time to put her down. They would not make time to see us because they were "booked" for Friday and Saturday. They told us to go to an Emergency Clinic. There was a definite lack of compassion and empathy. They did not even try to ease the pain and suffering of a 19 year old cat who was quickly declining. Sorry, we can not make an appointment to pinpoint a time for when your pet rapidly declines!!!!! They clearly cared more about keeping their appointments on schedule, then helping an animal.Very disappointing! We are now leaving this practice to find a new doctor for our other pets. By the way, The emergency vet clinic in Port Charlotte was fantastic!

  I’m not one for writing bad reviews, EVER. However, I just left and had the worst experience I’ve had going to the vet in my life. I will say I was running late because of work by less than 15 minutes to my appointment. I had called to see if they had an opening a little later or if I could still be squeezed in. I spoke with Vicki on the phone and she was extremely unpleasant. She said that the dr had moved onto his next appointment and wanted to leave after that. Their office hours say they’re open until 5:00pm, keep in mind. This call was a little after 3:30pm. I get there at about 3:43pm and I walk in and see Vicki right away. I was greeted with a smug look and her rolling her eyes. Off the bat already looked irritated that I showed up, even though she said on the phone it was still okay. She gets me checked in, and I tried to apologize for being late and thank them for their patience. She looks me up and down and says “Mhmm”, looking right back to her computer. I take a seat and then a younger girl appears and comes out to the desk where Vicki is at, and says, “That girl isn’t going to dare show up, right?” Vicki looks and her and then looks right at me, and she says to her, “You know she’s here right?” Just so extremely rude! The vet, I don’t really know if I fully trust what he said since everything was outdated. Luckily my cats not really sick. She just sounds like she’s been having issues with her breathing. To be on the safe side, I will be taking my cat to a different vet from now on, and will not be coming back. Worst $65 I’ve spent in my life.

  Great place to take your pets. Very gentle with with your fur babies. Highly recommend and the staff here is awesome too. They make you feel like family here.

  Dr Stancil and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Whether it’s Dr Stancil or Vickie, all my questions are answered. They are reasonable and easy to make appointments! Clean office, Katie is so great with animals too! My cats love them 🥰
