I paid for the barber package, the most expensive one with extra treatments and didn't get the quality I paid for. My dog came out only bathed, not freshly groomed. Still had the same shaggy, uneven look, and his coat wasn't properly dried, even though that is a reason I am taking the most expensive tier service. He was still damp and smelly for the rest of the day, and I had to dry him myself at home at the end of the day because he still was wet. Also paying extra for deep conditioning his fur doesn't feel soft at all. I dont know which shampoo and conditioner they use but grooming him myself at home by myself he feel waaaay softer and smoother. It also didn't look like he was brushed at all. His loose fur was absolutely everywhere afterward, which is happening after grooming, I get that, but this time was the worst even though he wasn't as matted as he can be and not in his shedding phase. I also blow his fur with hight velocity dryer at home to remove the loose fur. His pants and belly were still matted, barely taken care of. The entire appointment took only about 1.5 hours, when it usually takes 2-3 for a proper grooming. I've used professional grooming services since he was 4 months old (he's now 4yo) doing it once in 2 months, and I know what a full-quality groom should look like. This time felt rushed and incomplete. For over $150, I expected a much higher standard. I was hoping for a better service for a price and, kind of, premium positioning and didn't want to look for another place and stressing my dog with new places and people again and again, however it looks like a time for us to move on. Oh, and also it is weird that Ive been there for couple of times, as well as at the other location but everytime they are asking if I've been there before.

They even called me to let me know that she was nervous during the nail trimming and paws so they pause and only did one paw and gave me a discount on the service. Lady Luna and I are excited to go back soon.

Our Basic Hygiene package — bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, and teeth brushing — is the same price for pups of every breed, age, and size. Additional services like a haircut or blow-dry are based on dog size and coat length, density, and condition.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
Nope! We provide services for all breeds, and our Basic Hygiene package is the same price for all dogs. However, the safety of both the animals in our care and our staff is our top priority and we reserve the right to refuse service based on aggressive behavior.
Do you groom cats?
No, we are zeroed in on the needs of our canine companions, so we don't offer any services for cats.
What services do you provide?
Our Basic Hygiene package is an efficient but thorough while-you-wait service that includes a bath, ear cleaning, nail clip and teeth brushing. We also offer blow-drying, haircuts, and additional services such as gland expression, shedding, plaque reduction and flea/tick treatments.
Is there an extra cost for blow-drying?
Our Basic Hygiene package is designed to keep time and costs down for our customers and therefore includes a towel-dry only. Some breeds don't need a blow-dry, and you should only pay for what you need! Prices of additional services, like a blow-dry and brush-out, are based on dog size and coat length, density, and condition.
Does my dog need grooming?
While not all breeds need haircuts, all dogs need routine care to stay clean and healthy! Regular bathing, brushing, ear cleaning, nail clipping, and dental care are critical to your dog's comfort and well-being and are essential to their overall health.
Can my dog get a haircut too?
We divide our services into three parts — bath, haircut, and blow-dry — so you only pay for what you need! Additional services like The Barber Package (brush-out, blow-dry, pad trim, sanitary trim, and haircut) are based on dog size, coat length, density, and condition.

Our Monthly Care Club is a good solution for dogs with fear or anxiety around routine care. We have found that the more frequently dogs visit our Scenter, the more comfortable and trusting they become. Our dog-loving, compassionate team knows that building trust takes time and patience, but it's the absolute best way to win over a reactive or uncooperative pup.
We do our best to complete services while respecting what is safest for your dog and our team. The health and safety of dogs in our care are our #1 priority; if your pup gets too stressed out, we will take a break or, in extreme cases, stop services entirely.
Can I watch and/or stay with my dog during services?
We understand why you'd want to, especially if you have an anxious pup, but we do not allow dog parents to observe or participate in services — here's why. Many dog parents feel that their dog is more comfortable with them around or that they can be of help, but the opposite is usually the case. When one of our technicians works with your dog, they do so on an intensive, one-on-one basis to assert calm, secure energy and establish a relationship. If mom or dad is standing right there, your pup will look to you for direction and will not be as responsive when we give commands or maneuver them around as necessary.
Most of the time, the parent is more nervous than the dog! And your pup feeds off your anxious energy and body language. The best thing you can do is be a calm and assertive leader — walk in the door holding the leash loosely, shoulders relaxed, and confidently turn them over for their basic hygiene and routine grooming.
