When I brought my dog in, they performed the service, but did not really do a good job with the towel drying. She was soaked. They did a better job at the Haile location. That being said, I would recommend them.

I have a yorkie and requested a specific haircut. I knew i was getting the shorter hair cut choice but my dog came out looking TERRIBLE. I will post pictures of what i requested his face to be shaped and how he came out. I’ve never seen such a terrible job from the groomer. He was NOTHING like i asked, chopped all around the face and body ears just truly awful.. I’m extremely disappoint and will not be coming back. Update (11/6/25): they never called 😒

Nope! We provide services for all breeds, and our Basic Hygiene package is the same price for all dogs. However, the safety of both the animals in our care and our staff is our top priority and we reserve the right to refuse service based on aggressive behavior.

No, we are zeroed in on the needs of our canine companions, so we don't offer any services for cats.

While not all breeds need haircuts, all dogs need routine care to stay clean and healthy! Regular bathing, brushing, ear cleaning, nail clipping, and dental care are critical to your dog's comfort and well-being and are essential to their overall health.
My dog doesn't like baths or nail clipping, can you handle them?
Our experienced technicians are skilled at managing challenging behavior and are trained in positive reinforcement techniques to help create the most comfortable experience possible.
Our Monthly Care Club is a good solution for dogs with fear or anxiety around routine care. We have found that the more frequently dogs visit our Scenter, the more comfortable and trusting they become. Our dog-loving, compassionate team knows that building trust takes time and patience, but it's the absolute best way to win over a reactive or uncooperative pup.
We do our best to complete services while respecting what is safest for your dog and our team. The health and safety of dogs in our care are our #1 priority; if your pup gets too stressed out, we will take a break or, in extreme cases, stop services entirely.
Can I watch or stay with my dog during services?
We understand why you'd want to, especially if you have an anxious pup, but we do not allow dog parents to observe or participate in services — here's why. Many dog parents feel that their dog is more comfortable with them around or that they can be of help, but the opposite is usually the case. When one of our technicians works with your dog, they do so on an intensive, one-on-one basis to assert calm, secure energy and establish a relationship. If mom or dad is standing right there, your pup will look to you for direction and will not be as responsive when we give commands or maneuver them around as necessary.
Most of the time, the parent is more nervous than the dog! And your pup feeds off your anxious energy and body language. The best thing you can do is be a calm and assertive leader — walk in the door holding the leash loosely, shoulders relaxed, and confidently turn them over for their basic hygiene and routine grooming. Trust that every Scenthound Pack member is here to take the very best care of your dog. The health and safety of dogs in our care are our #1 priority; if your pup gets too stressed out, we will take a break or, in extreme cases, stop services entirely.
