One of the worst Grooming jobs I’ve seen on my Yorkie in 12 years. The hair is uneven and not trimmed properly around his paws or his face. We also paid to have our Belgium Mal bathed and paid for the extra service of blow, dry and brush out. She came back to a sweat and with clumps of hair coming off in our hands as we rubbed her, which means she was definitely not brushed. I will not be going back to this location. Spent way too much money for a really crappy job. Not to mention, they absolutely do not smell good.

Our Monthly Care Club is a good solution for dogs with fear or anxiety around routine care. We have found that the more frequently dogs visit our Scenter, the more comfortable and trusting they become. Our dog-loving, compassionate team knows that building trust takes time and patience, but it's the absolute best way to win over a reactive or uncooperative pup.
We do our best to complete services while respecting what is safest for your dog and our team. The health and safety of dogs in our care are our #1 priority; if your pup gets too stressed out, we will take a break or, in extreme cases, stop services entirely.
Can I watch or stay with my dog during services?
We understand why you'd want to, especially if you have an anxious pup, but we do not allow dog parents to observe or participate in services — here's why. Many dog parents feel that their dog is more comfortable with them around or that they can be of help, but the opposite is usually the case. When one of our technicians works with your dog, they do so on an intensive, one-on-one basis to assert calm, secure energy and establish a relationship. If mom or dad is standing right there, your pup will look to you for direction and will not be as responsive when we give commands or maneuver them around as necessary.
Most of the time, the parent is more nervous than the dog! And your pup feeds off your anxious energy and body language. The best thing you can do is be a calm and assertive leader — walk in the door holding the leash loosely, shoulders relaxed, and confidently turn them over for their basic hygiene and routine grooming.
