Excellent care. I had Summer as my tech. Both Summer and the doctor I saw were a wealth of information. Its so nice to find an emergency vet that does a great job!

This place is a butcher shop , sedated a 6 lb cat before euthinasia, said he was biting and clawing , just had his nails trimmed and blood drawn from pet vet south of Hancock bridge parkway, , no problems there , when I saw him he was bleeding from his mouth and his tongue was hanging out, didn't know me the vet was totally incompetent and charged me 400.00 , total skumbags , DON'T GO THERE worst experience of my life . talked to the manager, just excuses, and I pay what I pay , DON'T EVER GO THERE. I WOULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD., Worst vet I've ever been to, I wish I would have gone through the reviews first.i think they are takingThe pet meds ,400.00 for a6 lb cat , they need to be investigated doped up people there's no way that so called service cost 400 .00 I believe they'might be paying for their drug habits Not accusing but it's possible I get drug tested and they should too

Wonderful emergency clinic. Dr Ziegler and the entire clinic staff were very friendly and compassionate. My cat was having urinary issues. He was handled and examined gently and thoroughly. Labs and urinalysis were done very quickly. A treatment and medication plan was explained and started immediately. Yes it is a little bit more expensive than a regular vet would be but the off hours emergency treatment and the lightening quick turnaround on the testing justifies the extra expense. I would not hesitate to bring an animal here again.

Recently we rushed our 15 yr. old Miniature Pinscher to this facility, with complications due to Congestive Heart Failure. The ER Vet explained to us that our sweet boy was drowning on his own fluids, and not much that they could do other than keep him on oxygen, and possibly prolonging his suffering. She conveyed to us that we should be as timely as we can about making one of the most heart breaking decisions we would ever have to make. In the interest of ending our beloved baby's suffering we said our " Good Bye " and decided to put him to sleep. If that wasn't enough pain to go through, the receptionist at the counter approached us for payment before they would perform the procedure. Knowing that our family member was suffering the whole time that she was collecting payment. We were disgusted beyond words. They also had us sign off on what we consider inappropriate disclaimers, while his suffering continued. After the procedure was done, the ER Vet said that they would keep our deceased pet at the facility, (from Saturday night thru Monday morning) for 75.00. Needless to say we brought our baby home with us. For everything that the ER Vet herself might have done right, some of the " COLD HEARTED STAFF " gave us a very bad experience and made a heart wrenching experience, that much worse. To be perfectly honest, we would never go back to that facility, nor would we ever recommend it to anyone who loves their pet. Do yourself and your pet a favor and stay far away from this place. It's obvious they place money over the well being of your pet. RE:(Your stupid response below) #1 Your senseless comment below about the paperwork to be signed before the procedure had ridiculous questions on it, which made it obvious where your priorities lied and the payment before the procedure to put our dog out of suffering should not trump your ridiculous practice of collecting payment ahead of time. Again showing us that the money is more important to you than the pets well being. And I suggest that you take down all of the signs saying payment due upon completion of services. #2 Charging 75.00 for your "holding fee" from Saturday night thru Monday morning was excessive to put it mildly. We have spoken with several people since then, (professional and non-professional) that have nothing but terrible things to say about your facility. You can try and justify your practices there, but everyone would be best served to go to a professional emergency facility instead.

Owner is rude and lacks empathy and compassion. Purposely caused animal pain by pressing on damaged ligament while offering up a list of unnecessary services. Associates on staff admitted the owner is greedy and charges clients more than normal. I don't have an issue with spending money and despite the fact that they can probably get the job done, I wouldn't use this facility as a matter of principle. Using the pain and suffering of one's pet to get them to fork over additional funds is a terrible business practice. I'm all about profit margins and running successful businesses, but this isn't the type of business for that. I applaud the staff for their honesty and it's likely that they genuinely care at least. (This account name isn't associated with any past clients to prevent staff from potential reprimand from the owner)
