Not your usual chain pet store, this place is actually nicely decorated, inviting and warm. In reading other reviews, the individual stating that the "woman/owner" acts crabby and too important... I can assure you that there is nothing further from the truth. She is a very kind and caring person, I have talked to her several times (BTW, her name is Sue) and I have been given great advice every single time. Often people respond to you in the same way you treat them...
