And was told by the girl at the front that they've been ready for hours and they have been texting me when I told her that I missed no texts from them she proceeded to argue with me. I told her I would come in and get them and to cancel my account. When I got there I showed her my text strand for the day and they were not there. I even went to my trash and let her see those. Also not there. It didn't matter she just continued to argue and said she did. For 100.00 per dog x2 I would expect good service and appreciation. This company has been expensive but good until now. But it appears they have taken there eye off the ball and allowed substandard people to be the face of the company. She was so argumentative and rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone do businesses here there are many small businesses groomers in lakewood that are less expensive and far more attentive. Should have known better. Will go back to the mom and pops for better service

I have pictures right after her appointment of her having dried blood and her head has a massive scab on where they gave her a bald spot. They are denying the cut i have time stamps of everything and pictures. The least they could do it take responsibility DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Super disappointed in the lack of empathy and care for my dog.

Every time we check in, either of them are ready to take the time to explain everything to us. They always greet our boy with a smile plus some good pets, and he loves them to pieces. The team here genuinely cares about the puppies they see and are always recommending suggestions to make the next visit go better & improve our pup’s hygiene scores. I truly can’t recommend this location enough - your babies will be in the best of hands here!
