Now, I also wish to give special recognition to Sadie, who is not only a breath of fresh air with her uplifting personality but it also compassionate and welcoming. In fact, she should be in a position where she can influence (mentor) other employees. It is not always a product that sells. It is often the personality and attentiveness of the staff. Sadie should be “first choice” in consideration of elevated roles. Promote now! She should be the face of the organization!
