Literally everything for my dog comes from this Petco. I’m a returning customer, yet they still find ways to disappoint me. Back in June, my dog, who is an indoor dog and rarely interacts with other dogs or goes anywhere new, came home from grooming here with a really bad bacterial infection. I was so confused how that could even happen. I ended up spending over 200 dollars on medication and decided not to take him back because it was gross. Fast forward to now, I thought maybe it would be fine if I just brought him in for a quick nail trim. Wrong. So wrong. Within 8 to 12 hours, he started balding again just like before. Another bacterial infection. I called the store and the manager had no solution. How are you a manager and can’t offer any help. I called Petco customer service and they said they would have to consult with my vet. Long story short, they refused to pay for the visit because they said it could have come from something else. My dog is clean, well cared for, and spoiled so that excuse is laughable. I wish I could give zero stars. You pick and choose who you help and clearly loyal customers don’t matter to you. I wasn’t even asking for money. I just expected professionalism and accountability. Maybe next time look up your customer’s history before brushing them off. This location is truly pathetic.

- ILIzabel LOct 15, 20253.0Staff in store is attentive. Went to the groomer department of the store because we seen their À la Carte happy hour walk in special. They said they couldn’t off us the special and told us to make an appointment for the next day that ended up costing $80 for my 18 pound frenchie. All I wanted was his long hairs trimmed around his fanny, legs, paws and ears. They said “ ma’am if we shave your dog it won’t be good for his coat” yeah I know that. I was not asking for you to shave my dog bald. All my dog got done was a bath, nails, teeth brushed, and paws smoothed. Most likely won’t be coming back for grooming services
