What originally started out as a bad experience when I placed an order online for delivery (that was ultimately canceled by Petco...and when I called 800# was told me it was because they didn't have the inventory to fill the order) I went to the store they and they DID HAVE the inventory I was requesting. I spoke to the manager who was disappointed because my order was a substantial $640 dog food order that was in fact never was sent to his store. He made it right and I left there more than pleased with the resolution he provided. Kudos for saving a customer. I have canceled my repeat shipping order because I would rather give my business to this store directly... he deserves the business!
