  I've brought my huge St Bernard three times now and every time they have been polite and super friendly. I've left Petco for these guys, they're fantastic!!

  Some of my family have brought their dogs here and had a great experience, I brought one of my dogs in for a nail trim and had a less than pleasant experience. I tried reaching out through the email provided on Facebook and got no response so my poor review is partially due to poor customer service over ignoring my concern. The other reason for my poor review is what happened while I was at the business. The woman that cut my dogs nails was very friendly but shady when it came my payment. I was told by my family that every time they’ve taken their dogs for a nail trim it was $12, the woman charged me $15 and when I had mentioned that I thought it was $12 she said it was after hours so it was $15. I had checked the business hours before going, it was a Tuesday at 2:30, the business hours said 6 was when they close. I was confused but wasn’t going to argue about the price being a $3 difference because it’s not that big of a deal. I handed the woman my card and she was hesitant to take it. I asked if I could tip her on my card and she said no if you use your card everything goes to the business. I then asked if I could pay for the nails with my card and tip her in cash and she asked if I could just go get cash for it all, she kept saying that if I use my card it all goes to the business. I’m paying a business for a service aren’t I? She pushed to not use my card and by that time I was tired of her fighting me on my payment method and got cash. I don’t know how this is how the business is normally run but everything about my payment transaction was shady. This would be considered stealing from the company in any industry. The lack of attention to my email about my concern and the woman treating my transaction the way she did is the reason I will not be returning with my dogs. His nail trim was fine and he didn’t seem upset when she brought him back to me but I would rather take my business to a respectable business.
