  OMG! The cancellation policy for the insurance is unbelievable. Beware before you buy. I called customer service and spoke with Louis, who I was unable to understand, go figure. He was unable to assist therefore I requested a supervisor. I then waited 25 minutes for the supervisor who never showed up. I have had nothing but problems with this company. 10 months ago a employee of pet smart chases me out of the store verbally abusing me. It was so bad an executive called me and apologized for the incident. I stayed with them just changed locations. I should have canceled the insurance when they offered. I will find a new vet.

  Brought my Cane Corso here and he loves the staff. They are great! Jasmine and Shayla rock! Dr. Grace is amazing!

  Dr. Grace and her team were absolutely amazing. We had to put our dog down and they were so understanding and caring. I would highly recommend this team!

  I've been extremely happy with my 3 pets care at Banfield, with Dr. Paymanns, unfortunately, he at no fault of his own, had to leave the clinic. There is an issue with my dog, which frightens me. He's been always very healthy. One of the other vets there, just didn't make me feel comfortable when I tried to get more information. Also, Dr. Payments, always was extremely understanding with me being on disability and on a very fixed income. I absolutely love the front ladies, Shelyn (not sure if I spelled that correctly) and a new girl, Jasmine. However, there has been several times where another lady, don't know her name, but it begins with an "S". I've heard the name Skyler, but that doesn't sound familiar. She's not been patient or nice. I would leave Banfield, however I pay for wellness programs and it's very hard to cancel them so I've seen on reviews. In the last 6-7 months, they are not like they usually were, keeping up on updates, informing us pet parents, when a pet is due for something. I always have to check. Never was like that before. Now...I have to say, that I was raised not to complain unless absolutely necessary. But, when you get good service, you get a manager, etc and praise them. So, this was very difficult to write this review, but I just had to get it off my chest.
