- AAArthur1 day ago1.0How they have good reviews is beyond me. I was told my dog would take 45-60 minutes. I paid for a full service, $123. They said my dog is ready after only 15 minutes. I call back to confirm since that's very very suspicious. They said they had two people working on her, so it was faster. I pick her up and she's soaking wet, visibly dirty ears, visible dirty teeth, nails poorly trimmed. Just awful. I don't think a child would be able to do such a bad job. That was truly insane that they thought they could get away with that. I get home and I start doing everything myself, and it took me, obviously much more than 15 minutes. That amounts of hair that came out of my dog after a full service bath with this garbage company is insane. The craziest part, that cost me 123 dollars!! For 15 minutes of nothing, complete neglect, and no single care in the world for my dog, my time and my money. Awful awful awful. I am positive these good reviews are bought for. I'm never trusting google reviews ever again, and definitely not scenthound. My mind is truly blown!

Piper always seems so happy and smells so good when she leaves. It’s hard to trust your baby with others, so it’s refreshing to know Piper is in safe hands.
