The general manager spent a lot of time with me explaining the membership program benefits, which level would best meet our dog's needs and be most cost effective for us. In addition, he took time to explain what was happening with our dog's coat and what the most effective treatment for this would be going forward. This all made sense, he was friendly and knowledgeable and not trying to just sell me the most expensive package they offer. I felt comfortable signing up for a membership and will bring my dog in monthly at this time, knowing that I can cancel this at any time it's no longer needed, with no cost or penalty to us.

I love how they check his weight each time so that we can stay on track and minimize the side eye we get from the vet. But more than anything- I love how they know him and treat him with such love and care and make bath time good for him.
