First time / last time Edit: thank you for reply. I was specifically speaking about the dog washing area, which apparently (according to your employees) has different hours. I came in two hours before your post closing hours (I’d called after the alleged closing of the washing- and was told they were open). Then I came in while the store open and employees said I had to line up first and pay. I waited for 30 minutes in a check out line to be told when I got to the front the washers had closed an hour before — that’s half an hour after I arrived and called). I was also told there wasn’t a manager and he wouldn’t be there for another week, he was on a vacation/retreat. Complete lack of management, useless employees, and now whoever this “owner” is also not taking accountability.
