She could def use a class in customer service. I’m always amazed when people are placed in the position to handle customers and aren’t trained well and then wonder why they’re being replaced with automated systems.. Go figure
- BTBarbara ToussantOct 6, 20251.0I used to get amazing shampoo and haircut many times, until I got a groomer named Richard. He totally butchered my beautiful angelic large Goldendoodle. I almost fainted when I saw what he did. His lousy excuse was" You said #7. I told him I wanted the low cut, with regular Goldendoodle high top hair and normal Goldendoodle bushy snout. He shaved his face and head to the ground. He also had a Mark under his arm, nails disgusting ) All different ways) His body smelled bad. I am sickened that I would trust this guy . I asked for who I had before, she was phenomenal. They said she didn't work there anymore. I had to take him to vet next day to check under his arm My vet bill was $177. My dog looks like he's been homeless, walking the streets for weeks. He turned a gorgeous dog into a savage pitiful looking dog . Richard needs to be reported for what he did. Totally inexperienced. No clue how a Goldendoodle is supposed to look. I said to him " Why didn't you call me ? No answer. Petco Grooming on Tampa should be ashamed of themselves for having someone like Richard touching our beloved pets.
