- KRKokushou RinSep 9, 20251.0Customer service is shit and their AI chat bot can't forward your concerns or complaints to anyone so I assume no customer relations people are reading these logs to improve their customer service. They refuse to connect you to a human without giving your phone number and I already get too much spam from them to just the email I gave them. No thank you. Also the food has hardly any meat in it. It can't possibly be 80/20. It's almost all empty calorie white rice or potatoes. And they're sneakily changing the name of their "chicken and white rice recipe" flavor name to "chicken and rice recipe" to obscure the fact that it's white rice to people who don't read closely. Not to mention that they replaced the cod liver oil in the recipe with a very fishy marine algae oil (human grade algae oil has no odor) and sunflower oil, a cheap oil with a questionable nutrition profile used for frying chips and other processed foods.
