Was confirmed via email and once I got there, they said not only was there no appointment for me at 950AM but that all they could do was have me come back at 4PM. I was clear that I couldn’t come back at 4PM and they basically didn’t care, told me they wouldn’t bump other people for me as all the rooms were full (not true as someone walked in while I was there and was taken back into a room while I was there, so not ALL of the rooms were full.) My appointment that was confirmed was given away to someone else and in my opinion they were not at all accommodating, nor were they willing to fix their mistake and their apology was not at all sincere. I would have waited a couple of hours for an appointment even like 11AM. I will not be bringing my animals back.

My experience here as a client felt dismissive, especially when basic follow-up care and medication authorization were declined despite everything being up to date and going above and beyond with their recommendations spending over $1000 in one visit for the first time at that hospital with 90% answers. I worked 12 years in specialty veterinary medicine, and I understand the importance of compassion and consistency. Withholding patient care as retaliation is inhumane. I shouldn’t have to turn to a specialty hospital just to receive routine general-practice services

I have been coming to Four Corners Veterinary Hospital for some years now for my three female dogs and we have always received excellent care and service from Dr Campbell and Dr Kubicka and all the staff at Four Corners. And now going thru the golden years of one of my girls we could not be in better hands than Dr Campbell’s 💜 unfortunately my girl’s diagnostic is terminal but Dr Campbell’s expertise has freed my dog of pain and she has even regained her mobility and is more alert. Whatever days she has left I feel comforted that they are well lived and comfortable for her …thank you Dr Campbell!! You are a very loving and caring person who goes the extra mile to help us with our 🐶 s I truly recommend Four Corners Veterinary Hospital! Excellent professionals in what they do 🐶 🐈
