- RRRusty RyerseDec 9, 20255.0So after a few years of being unsure of taking our cat in to a spas because the last spa we went to said that they would never take her back cause she was a little spicy so we tried Kelowna paw spa and wow where we happy. They loved her and did such an amazing job and invited her to come back. Princess had 2 baths , blow dry , nails trimmed and a little hair cut. And the staff there at Kelowna paw spa said Princess was amazing. We would recommend Kelowna paw spa to everyone cause the staff there take extra care with your fur babies. Thank you so we will be back

Bianca is absolutely freaking amazing!!!!! His nails are perfect, he smells amazing! Staff is top notch and my dog was happy as a lark! She also grooms my shihpoos and she and her team always exceed my expectations and dogs are always so happy there (ya I'm the type that peers through the window sometimes to see if they're ready before pick up time 3). For any grooming needs or nail trims I highly recommend Bianca and her team! They rock! Go to Kelowna Paw Spa!!!!!
- GSGabi SimoisNov 6, 20251.0Horrific experience my cat pass away in my arms 15 minutes after I picked up from his haircut appointment. He was only 4 years old healthy he was at the vet 4 days before his appointment to get a full check up and gabapentin for his hair cut like we did every year. I took my cat after 2 hours of giving him the gabapentin hi was fine and calm. He was two hours at the shop then I bring him home that is 10 minutes drive he started vomiting coughing and having trouble breathing he was very weak and poop 3 times around the house while walking I was desperate not knowing what to do. He lays on the floor and stop breathing I practiced CPR and he comes back for few seconds and dies right after. I noticed that his tongue was swelled and purple and after died started forming. It was the most traumatic experience in my life. I call the shop and they did have any answers I call the vet and she said that gabapentin doesn’t kill animals as a side effects he also had his first dosage the day before and nothing happened then. I totally regret leaving him in this place. This happens in August I’m still in shock about this success. I have no money to do autopsy and nobody will give me back my sweet cat.
