- CBCaroline BraunNov 10, 20255.0I had the best experience with the Paw Spa. I took my precious Maggie in for a professional grooming as she has recently been diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to spoil her and get a beautiful hair cut so I can take some lovely pictures of her. They were able to accommodate a quick turnaround so that she didn't have to spend too long at the spa. She turned out beautifully, and I had no doubt she would. Bianca is amazing!!
- GSGabi SimoisNov 6, 20251.0Horrific experience my cat pass away in my arms 15 minutes after I picked up from his haircut appointment. He was only 4 years old healthy he was at the vet 4 days before his appointment to get a full check up and gabapentin for his hair cut like we did every year. I took my cat after 2 hours of giving him the gabapentin hi was fine and calm. He was two hours at the shop then I bring him home that is 10 minutes drive he started vomiting coughing and having trouble breathing he was very weak and poop 3 times around the house while walking I was desperate not knowing what to do. He lays on the floor and stop breathing I practiced CPR and he comes back for few seconds and dies right after. I noticed that his tongue was swelled and purple and after died started forming. It was the most traumatic experience in my life. I call the shop and they did have any answers I call the vet and she said that gabapentin doesn’t kill animals as a side effects he also had his first dosage the day before and nothing happened then. I totally regret leaving him in this place. This happens in August I’m still in shock about this success. I have no money to do autopsy and nobody will give me back my sweet cat.

We were all a bit nervous to bring our special boy Teddy to the Spa, but what an amazing celebratory occasion. Many many Thank You's to the grooming staff, what an amazing team. This was a treat I will never forget, the best arrangement I ever made. A spa day we will treasure for ever. Thank you! :)
