I told her my experience with Verizon for past 3 days. She (Tonjia) dropped everything and began helping me. Here I am, a complete stranger, needing help. She helped me beyond any expectations I had. She got me a new phone and set it up for me. She and her daughter transferred all my info from my phone to the new one. The next day I had questions and she answered all and my new phone operated flawlessly. She was not obligated to help me that much. What a great lady and daughters. Please, do not hesitate to visit this office and ask for help. Tomjia will help you and you will be pleased.
