- AIAshley IshmonDec 26, 20251.0Was in store today and was not made to feel very valued. Walked in and checked in and I was number 6 in line. Understanding this was a busy time, I patiently waited for my name to be called. After about 10-15 minutes, a rep started walking around and asking who was who. Once he handled the first name, he walked to a lady clear on the other side and assisted her. Then came back to my side and asked a lady who came in after me if she was Ashley. I spoke up and said I was Ashley and he eventually said someone would be with me. So I waited another 10-15 minutes for a lady to come help me. Once we realized my upgrade would be best when I'm back in my home overseas, that was the end of my visit. The vibes felt off and I would ask that there is a little more bed side manners to customers. I don't want to necessarily pull the race card as I'm black and most of the people were Hispanic, but it didn't feel good.
