As a walk in on a weekend or holiday, expect to wait for potentially hours. Everything seems to take forever and a day once you are being seen. Nothing is ever able to be done quickly it seems. I know the staff are trying but they don't have enough people and it feels like they're always trying to upsell you on everything they can. I know they're trained to, but it does get annoying.
