The next day Fed Ex did not leave the phone because they required a signature. Nobody told me a signature was required. Now I'm dealing with the horrible customer service at 2 companies and I'll be at least 48 hours without a phone that I'm paying for. Why couldn't they replace my phone that is under warranty with one they have in their store? I'll be leaving Verizon for a new carrier.
