- RNricky nelsonDec 19, 20251.0I came in today at around 730pm the date is Dec 19 2025 I approached the worker that was there he was on his phone I tried to get help he stayed on his phone he refused to help me at all I was trying to add a fifth line he tried to tell me no it ain't possible and went back to playing on his phone he was very rude this guy is black and looks young maybe he needs some training or anything to get him to work before he's the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time and I love my phone but he told me maybe I needed to go to T-Mobile and maybe I will this unacceptable
