- MJMcKenna JohnsonNov 7, 20255.0I was very angry with the people over the phone. I was trying to figure things out for over 4 hours. Many different people to talk to, that I COULDN’T understand. All to be told they can give me further information and hung up. Very rude. So I go into the store to get things figured out, blew up on the poor guy working, he was able to figure everything out for me. And his way ended up being cheaper in the long run. He was funny, got stuff done in a timely matter, and also made us feel like friends, not customers.
