The gentleman who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with this non-tech savvy customer. He fixed ALL my telephone issues, where others were unsuccessful, and did it with kindness, understanding, and wonderful humor.

My wife and I were convinced to add multiple “ghost lines” to our account after being assured it would lower our bill. Instead, it did the opposite. When I reviewed the charges and contacted Verizon customer support, the representative was shocked by the additions this store had made to my account. We were also persuaded to try their in home internet. When it didn’t come close to matching the service we already had, my wife returned the router to the store on July 16th, just two days after purchase. She was told all she needed to do was send the router back to Verizon through UPS, which she did. However, we continued to be charged because the store failed to remove the service from our account. In total, I’ve spent over three hours on the phone with Verizon customer support trying to fix issues caused entirely by this location. I will not be returning to this store, and I strongly urge others to be very careful about what you agree to purchase here.
