- CDChelsea DawsonOct 21, 20241.0The manager of this store is a joke, made changes to my account the employee working called said manager she gave him permission to make changes on the account go back in because everything was messed up and she proceeds to talk bad about this employee to me and blames it all on him saying he didn't have authorization when she gave him permission and I heard it myself. On another occasion said manager let the same employee sell me a outdated smart watch then wouldn't let the employee give me a refund. I felt so bad for this employee, I ended up switching phone companies because of this manager. I wish it would let me put no stars for a review.
