My phone was stolen, and I came in panicking trying to figure out my options. Matt assisted me and told me that I needed to collect myself and look into filing a claim for a replacement phone. Thankfully, my stubborn self listened. I went home, was able to get everything I needed to, sorted, filmed my claim and got my new phone the next day. So if anyone wants a very honest and kind associate helping them, look for Matt!! He was able to get me to think, and not just jump to a situation that wouldn’t have been good for me financially!!
