At this new carrier, my service was always so slow and I would have only one bar or no reception many times a day, but during all my years with Verizon, I’ve never had a problem, no matter where I was so this week I had decided I was going to eat the extra monthly bill and come back, but the girl at my local Verizon was able to bring my monthly payment down from what I was even paying with this new carrier! I could tell she was a new worker, but she had a great personality was very friendly and made sure that we were both on the same page and had everything figured out to benefit me the most before I had left. I’m so happy to be back with Verizon and love the team here at our local store!
