However, Elias at their Grandview location really went above and beyond for my family and I during our 3 phone upgrade! We had several technical issues with the upgrade. He managed to problem solve, offer his services, remain polite, and humorous during our entire 3.5 hour encounter. I’ve had several experiences in phone stores, but this experience with Elias by far takes the cake as the best! He also got us several great deals and promos that kept our bill low and reasonably comparable to other prices! He even got us bundled with streaming services and managed to get us paying less than what the streaming services themselves cost. Overall, 10/10 experience with Elias at Grandview Verizon :)

After ordering a phone for my wife online two months ago, dealing with endless bad experiences with calling Verizons phone support, and still having nothing to show for it, we were at our breaking point. We were helped by Miles, and he completely turned our experience around. Despite our frustration, he was incredibly calm, pleasant, and professional. He dug into our account and found out that online support had cancelled our order without even telling us. Instead of just giving us bad news, Miles worked his magic. He not only got my wife a phone right there in the store, but he also hooked us up with a better model than we originally ordered at no extra charge and managed to lower our bill by $70 a month. We found out later he was doing all of this while running on minimal sleep with a one-month-old newborn at home. You would never have known it by his energy and attitude. If you need help, ask for Miles. He is a fantastic asset to the Verizon team!
