  I just got my 2 year anniversary with cricket wireless. Best service ever. Patt great guy. Who helps me out sometimes and one other lady. Forgot her name but awesome too. Great speeds plus great bundles !!!!!!!!! UPDATE. today I got a new phone. Great service and awesome employees. Sarah helped me today. Awesome person. Very nice and cool. Took less than 30 minutes to set up my new phone. Incredible company. UPDATE.Just returned my moto g stylus 2025. Pat helped me out. Great guy. Got my refund in minutes !!!! Right back on my card. 11/10 service like usual. Please give all of these employees a raise ASAP !!!!!

  The only sales person at this store on 6/5/25 was a woman, no name tag, who was obviously bothered the minute I walked into the store. There was no one in the store and she was the most difficult, useless, unhelpful salesperson I have ever met. She put me on the defense in less than 1 minute after I drove 25 miles, one way, to purchase 2 lines and two phones... I was only able to get one line and one phone but will definitely drive further to go to a different store for the second one; wouldn't give her the commission if you paid me!!!

  First, my “$50” phone was taxed at the full price which I don’t think is even legal. So I was taxed for a “$200” phone which I actually bought for $50. Service is shoddy at best. Very slow. All my important apps run slower than I have ever seen before . If you’re old enough to remember the days of dial up downloads on a PC, this is best described as that. Literally standing outside in their parking lot, I have no service. I have no service throughout most of Lake Country and surrounding areas. I basically only have data around I-94. I find it strange how when I try to use a public WiFi (because again, no data service can be found) - like Goodwill, Aurora hospital, children’s hospital- the Cricket service blocks my phone from using the WiFi. So I was stuck in the hospital and couldn’t use my cell phone at all. I kept getting restricted errors. While in the hospital I couldn’t make any outgoing calls, and the few incoming calls that did come through, it was nothing but connection problems. Finally got smart and took out the SIM card and low and behold - I at least could use some WiFi. I’m sure if you have ever been in a hospital with an useable cell phone you too will decide, that Cricket is definitely not the way to go. I do not recommend using Cricket. For their now-high prices, I’m switching to the better service providers which are literally $5 more a month. I’m never again going to be put in a position where my family can’t reach me.
