The young man working the counter spent time finding what I needed and ordered it for me. He told me that someone from the store would call me to let me know when it comes in. He also told me to ask about trade in credit on old jetpack when i come in for the new one. I got emails from Verizon saying my order was processed. No phone call from Siren. I went in today to see if it came in yet. I had to wait for them to be able to open the safe to see if it was in there. Approx 45 minutes wait. I asked about trade in value and was told that was supposed to be done on my first visit. I told her what the guy said and was told that's not how it's done. When I finally got my device I asked to be shown how to use it. Was told there should be directions in the box. When I got home I looked at my invoice. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SETUP...Very dissatisfied!!
