The first employee who assisted me appeared unprofessional and uninterested in helping. I brought a printed summary of my bill, and she immediately noticed that my trade-in credit was being charged instead of applied as a discount. Rather than working to resolve the issue, she told me to search my email for a confirmation from 31 months ago, explaining she could only look back one year. Instead of addressing the problem, she pushed the responsibility back onto me. She eventually brought over the assistant manager, Andrew, who was equally unhelpful. Neither of them took responsibility for finding a solution. Instead, they left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any retailer. As I left, Andrew smirked, reinforcing my impression that they intended to talk about me once I walked out the door. Once my contract ends, I will be switching carriers immediately.

And I can't even get in touch with anyone at the store because all of the numbers listed go to a Verizon call center. Now I'm left dealing with the fraud issues, etc. Terrible all the way around.

Then I called since I didn’t know my customer number and you can’t talk to anyone and they keep asking for my customer number. I understand that restrictions must be put in place due to covid but maybe hire an actual human being to answer the phone if you don’t want people stopping down.. I can’t wait to leave this place for somewhere that will actually help their customers!!
