Corporate stores operate under different rules than their Authorized counterparts. Buyer beware with Authorized subsidiaries. An Authorized Verizon agent doesn't have to offer or honor any advertised specials. You enter their stores thinking your getting the best deal and what your really going to get is anyone's best guess??

Connor was the employee he was very kind and genuine and took care of what I thought was a scam on an online Verizon employee that was more concerned on his commission then anything else. Connor redid my whole Verizon account and made my payment just what it has always been. I didn’t want my payment to go up because of just retiring. Plus he made sure to get rid of things o didn’t use. Connor is very professional and I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Connor you made my life so much easier plus my trip coming up. Thanks Marsha Looking at other reviews it sure looks like Connor is a very dedicated employee that knows what he is doing and very helpful to many.
