It has now been 6 weeks and we are now getting messages from Verizon threatening to charge the full amount for the new phones because they have not received our traded in old phones. Oconomwoc said they only send them in when they have a box full. So basically if they don’t have enough so you get charged the full amount. Stay away from this store since the manager is not involved at all and the employees were more interested in watching movies. Oconomwoc has been no help whatsoever. Discussing!
