- JAJane ANov 2, 20251.0I would never recommend this store to anyone. Jaxon was so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional and he also lied to us. I had purchased a phone, charged it, and found it was broken. I returned it and wanted my money refunded. But because I didn't purchase the warranty (which I was told I didn't need) he wouldn't, plus I had to pay a $50 restocking fee. I walked out of the store $109 poorer and no phone. I was the loser.....No, Jaxon was the loser.
