I now have a new line under a business account I never wanted and they refuse to correct it. Also, employee’s should probably not be allowed to text customers who come in to ask out for drinks/pool. Professionalism anyone?

Streaming services were added when we didn't ask for them. Not to mention we were charged DOUBLE for the phones. This is wrong. We were scammed here!
