I walked in was seen immediately, and Andrew had actually read my appointment comments and was ready to fix the problem. I was out the door in 20 mins, and the only reason it took that long was because the replacement device needed to charge before activating. I highly recommend this store for fast and knowledgeable solutions.

He listened to what I wanted and helped me resolve everything right away. He was professional and didn’t once try to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want or need. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He made the process easy and quick. 10/10 recommend this store and Jose!

They LITERALLY told me where was nothing they would do, and I pay them SO much money for insurance. They said since it "just stopped working" and there was no damage it wouldn't be covered. I thought about leaving a bad review for them, but I'll just leave a great review for Jose and Kristopher who really helped me today. My phone is my BUSINESS and my lifeline. They got me all hooked up, paid off my old phones (me and my husband) and were so nice to me. THANK U!!!
