The people there were so nice and understanding even when I was a hot mess! I wish they did regular vet appointments because I'd go there in a second.

We took him over between 3-4. My husband stood at the door with our dog and repeatedly rang the door bell, knocking etc. He could see lights on, sign said open. After almost 15 minutes he came home. I called to follow up. Initially, when I called I asked if this was the ER vet on Racine to ensure I was calling the correct place. The person responded by saying "why do you need to know?" I explained we had been at their door with a dog in distress, but were unable to get a response. They never asked about our dog, simply said we are short staffed. Never inquired or offered anything more. Whomever I spoke to was dismissive, said we are short staffed (I understand) BUT, you're an ER vet who didn't answer their door.
