Took my dog here due to vomiting with small specks of blood in it visible on a paper towel. Vet tech examined him writing down what we said. Vet tech went to talk with the DVM. We waited a long time, the DVM came in and did a shorter version of the Vet techs exam. Then proceeded to say the specks of blood were not uncommon. Also the said we could do Xrays for another $350 (he had eaten and pooped so there was NO blockage) or sub Q fluids and anti vomiting medicine. We waited LONG again and when we went leave, walked out to the reception they came running out saying they were ready now to do fluids. $500 dollar bill for almost nothing. $250 for the "exam" WHAT A JOKE.

Had a very bad experience at this clinic. Wait time was horrible but kind of expected that. The receptionist was very nice and compassionate but once we got to the back was treated very rudely. Our dog was scared and nipped one of the techs which we felt very bad about 45 mins later the vet came in to scold us over this and complaining that now she is down a staff member. Um hello do you want to know what wrong with our dog. One more hour in the little room finally comes back complaining that now they will have to figure out a way to sedate the dog to do exam. 20 more mins tech comes in wants us to lasso the dog when we hesitate got eye rolls and heavy sighs along with looks of discust. We ended up having to put our dog down which was heart breaking and the staff being unprofessional and down right rude made the experience even worse. You would think for the astronomical fees they charge the company might train their staff how to treat people. Other people that were there had the same complaints everyone was talking about it.

Fantastic service! My 5 month old puppy has pneumonia. They treated her with so much love and care. They spent a lot of time explaining their findings to me, what my options were and the costs associated with each option. I never felt rushed. Dr. Paulson and her team made me feel like my puppy was in the best of hands. Even Sylva at the front desk was all about our care. She offered tea and coffee, and when I mentioned I was copy, she turned the heat up!! A-1 care and service. (And less than 24 hours later, my puppy is doing so much better! )

I talked to someone here about my cat who has been peeing all over the home for years now and not once did the person I spoke with say they don't put down cats with behavior problems. It's sickens me to know that people seem to have a conscience about a pet that's not even there's but will go eat animal products every day of the week. Hypocritical and disgusting. I took my cat here initially because he had to get his tail amputated and now I'm supposed to go along with the idea living with a cat that pisses everywhere is ok. What a joke!!! Think about your decision to deny me while your eating a chicken sandwich and how much suffering those animals endure before landing on your plate.
