    I want to thank Alyxandria at the Hudson Verizon store for helping my husband and I fix an issue from Minnesota State Fair. I was due for an upgrade and decided to see if there was any State Fair deals. The was contracted out by an authorized dealer, called Cellular Sales. It was just going to be me, but then we added my husband and brought his number over. We were then told by the representative that if we did 4 lines, our bill would be the same or less as what him and I were paying separately. So we said sure, who doesn't want to save money. Since they were an authorized dealer of Verizon, they could offer specials that corporate couldn't. We went through getting new phones, and paid our sales tax for the items. We were told that our first bill would be $775 and the next bills would be less. Our second bill was $287 and we were satisfied. I received our bill for November and saw that it was $388. I was shocked that it went up. I called customer service to see what was going on and told her what we were told at the Minnesota State Fair from the third party. She said she was going to get the bill down as promised. She said she was going to sumbit a complaint against Cellular Sales. I was going to pay the bill on the 21st, and saw that nothing changed. I called back and was told the credit department denied the lower bill as promised by the representative. I ultimately asked if I could bring back the two unused phones and cancel the other lines that were not being used. She said yes, that should help bring down the cost. I made an appointment with Hudson Verizon store and met with Alyxandria. When telling her the issue, I didn't mention that we did this at the Minnesota State Fair. One of the first questions she asked me was if this was done at the Minnesota State Fair, I said yes. She reassured me that we were not the only ones dealing with this stuff from the fair. She and her staff then proceeded to help us fix the problem. I did give her copies of our paperwork from Cellular Sales. My husband and I left happy and will continue to do business with Verizon. Please help me in giving Alyxandria and her team many thanks and recognition in customer service. People like her are the reason I still am with Verizon.

    Recieved a faulty device, not at all convenient to get swapped out. Larger issue is all of the hidden charges in the invoice. Equipment was supposed to be no cost with a montly rebate, not true. No one mentioned any one-time fees, there are one-time fees. I'm considering taking advantage of the 30-Day opt-out policy and see If any better luck with different company.

    Randy & Travis (Randy Travis 🎶) were amazing! I was in on back to back days and both of them were extremely guest focused, knowledgeable and great ambassadors for Verizon! I recommend a trip to the Hudson store for more than just a sales transaction, you’ll receive a customer first experience -thanks Randy & Travis! Michele

    Just trying to get a new phone for the last month and they don’t have any in stock. Horrible experience.. customer for 9 years and I’ve been contemplating going to T Mobile. Recommend a different phone company and 100% a different store.. you would think being on commission the employees would try to help out alittle more.

    I want to be clear that I love Verizon, just not the reps in this particular store! I went to pick up an online order and was asked to show my ID, which I did. Unfortunately, my last name is different on my account than from my ID. I was asked to call Customer Service to get it changed and they would give me my order. I was on hold for 22 minutes and finally got my name changed. I asked the employee, Alyx and the Store Manager to verify the change and process my order. The Store Manager said it hasn't been updated yet. The CSR asked to speak to the Store Manager to verify the change, the Store Manager refused to talk to the CSR. I then find out it doesn't update in the system for 72 hours. These store reps wouldn't even speak to their own CSR or accept any other form of verification. The Verizon CSR felt terrible and overnighted my order to my home and offered a 1 year discount on my bill for the difficult store reps. The CSR also filed a corrective action, hopefully these employee's will treat other customers better!
