    I had a great experience with Cam at Verizon Wireless! He was incredibly patient and took the time to clearly explain everything to make sure I fully understood my options. Cam went above and beyond to resolve my issues and made sure I left completely satisfied. His professionalism and communication skills are top-notch. Highly recommend asking for Cam if you need help — he truly cares about his customers!

    VERIZON IS THE WORST. Nobody in this store helps. They just go in the back and hide for an hour just to tell me something DIFFERENT EVERY SINGLE TIME. I bought a new phone was supposed to get properly credited they show it on my bill that I was credited but then charged me anyways for it!!! They refuse to fix it. Ive called customer service numerous times they said oh 5 business days it will be fixed what do you know not fixed and nobody at this store does ANYTHING but sit on their phones... I will be switching and going elsewhere because you are not worth the headache and might have a lawyer involved because this isnt the first time. Cam had the worst attitude working with us every time and customer service. He was the one who sold us the new phone said we wouldnt be charged and WE WERE.
