Was charged the activation fee in store and on my next bill. Had to spend almost 2 hours on phone with verizon due to lack of people and being on hold before it was fixed. Tv package was added even though i repeatedly said i didn't want it. They had a bundle package for accessories. I asked repeatedly how much it was and was told i get $40 off if i get it all. It was about $130 per phone. Was sold a case that i was told would work on a magnetic holder i have in my vehicles, it doesn't. When i questioned the bill in store i was told taxes......good thing i looked at the invoice when i got home.

Horrible experience with Chris. He failed to finish our phone transfers and sent us home with non working phones. Beyond that he added several accessories to my wifes phone totaling near 200 dollars. Please note that buying a new phone and getting set up on a family plan took me personally 12 hours over two days inside Verizon stores to accomplish a task they seemingly do daily. Not to mention another hour on the phone at home disputing my new $300 family plan bill that Chris sent us out the door with after checking his sales numbers and informing us he only dropped one spot today.
When attempting to file a complaint with the store manager Chad I was told it is the reps job to upsell the customer. There was no apology of the time wasting that occurred, And I assume nothing will be done about the formal complaint.
This store is only trying to extract every dollar out of their customers as possible. Stay far far away from this store on Clairemont ave. I recommend you go Joel at the Hastings way location. He is honest and considerate.
