I was promised a monthly bill amount of $276, I still have the paper that Clay wrote it all out on. Since the store held onto my old phone and didn't mail it in for weeks, I was charged the buyout amount on my bill from verizon. In the beginning, i received the credited but since the store held my phone and the warehouse didn't receive it in a timely manner, I was charged for the missing phone and the credited was removed. I have been trying to get the credit back!!! I refuse to pay my cell phone bill until this is dealt with. I have called verizon directly every week and spoke to a different person each time. Each time, they say, we will take care of this and nothing. I should have gone to the other carrier!!! The other carrier offered 4 free phones, again, I thought I was getting free phones with the exception of mine. I got taken to the bank that day! I bought the screen protections and phone cases too!!! Never again!!! Amazon has it cheaper. I called this store for help on this issue as well, no return call!
