    Unsure why they were angry we came in. Door was unlocked, signage did not show a closing time on the door, but we got dirty looks even when we joked about the door being unlocked saying that we would come back tomorrow. Guess we won't be coming back

    I have to make a huge shout out to Bill Roach he was absolutely amazing and a great help! He truly does everything possible to help save money, shows you how to save more money, and makes sure all the p’s and q’s are in a row! If you go to Verizon make sure to say hi to Bill!!!

    Do not go through them. They're greedy and charges you up the Ying Yang. My husband and I been customers for years. He got pushed to get devices he never wanted after saying no numerous times until he finally gave in. Now our phones are turned off because the bill got so friggin high from this.

    0/5 Stars. If I could give a Zero star review I would. Came into Cameron Behrendt‘s Verizon store location, THREE different times for help with my service . On all three accounts , the information he gave me , and his associates Trent Kleinke, and another woman that works there , were all incorrect. They are non-knowledgeable about the service they provide. Provided wrong information on all encounters and because of their lack of policy comprehension, have costed me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. This personal experience has single handedly , motivated me into switching services away from Verizon. Horrible, would not recommend. Try another store location.
